Question:
We would love a built-in in our home, but don’t have a design idea yet. How can you help me, and what is the process?
Answer:
We put a lot of effort into maintaining a culture where we value people, their properties, and their future. It’s our goal to have a full understanding of what is important to you, not only with design and style, but also for functionality. We understand that time is valuable, so we efficiently put together design concepts and pricing through phone messages, photo sharing, and emails.
We like to ask many questions, such as…
Do you have design ideas? Is it around a fireplace, office, family room, home or business, etc.?
Do you use Pinterest and want to share a few pins with features you like to help build your design?
Do you have artwork, family photos, or memorabilia you want to feature?
Do you need hidden space-saving drawers and shelving?
Do you have a particular style you’re drawn to?
We also are excellent listeners and provide solutions for your needs, while we help identify your dreams and desires. We discuss style and color and utilize the other elements in your space or home that will complement one another. We consider electrical and HVAC in the scope of work and are glad to coordinate with other trades if the needs are present.
Everything is manufactured and finished in our 4000-square-foot shop locally. From the date of commitment, our lead time is about six to eight weeks, and most installations are completed within one to three days.
The consistent feedback we have received is that we carry a high regard for the care we give to families, their space and home while we create and install beautifully built-in projects. When partnering with us, we are committed to excellent communication and professionalism in our work so that we can provide an experience that matches the high standard of the built-ins that we create. Our clients love to refer us!
And you can take pride in knowing that our business supports the work that we do in the community. A portion of the proceeds will go to help vulnerable kids at risk in the DCYF foster care system in your district office, as well as to kids through our not-for-profit, Roca Kidz Club.
